Tzatziki

Equilibrium sucked donkeyballs. Style over substance, plotholes galore and a plot far too outlandish to actually move the viewer. NOT a recommendation of mine. Cute puppies though.

It was still cold as HELL out here, so I actually wore two cardigans layered up (can't tell from my pictures though). This entire combination made oodles of sense in my mind, but not so much in the pictures. Oh well, I still like it well enough, and it kept me warm. This orange cardi has proven to be a real unmissable basic piece. I love the length, the oversizedness, the cable knit, the vibrant but still muted color: everything. It seems to go with every outfit I can conjure up! I need more weird color cardigans. Perfect pieces for layering and extra added interest.

I cooked today. Lamb meatballs, tzatziki, moroccan bread and tomato condiments: yummy, healthy alternative to fastfood! Can't wait to eat this on a hot day in summer. Recipe for the meatballs and tomatoes here. I used this recipe for my tzatziki!

total recommendation!

  13. I liked Equilibrium, but then it was more for the visuals (and Mr Bale of course)...the story is a tad "out there"

It's so freacking freezing...and in a really strange way I think I may miss it???!! I leaving Belgium this week, Annebeth, and moving further South so this may be my last week of utterly freezing cold weather????!!!!

Huge hug my dear, another wonderful post

  14. You look adorable! I love all the colours together. (Your shoesies, cardigan, and the pattern of your dress.) Those oxfords are delightful - as is your deer ring! Also, OH MAN! The food you make always looks amazing!!! I haven't seen Equilibrium but I heard that it was a poor take on 1984... I am also trying to incorporate more colour into my wardrobe... but I just gravitate to like four colours without even noticing!!!
