I smell the garden in your hair part 2

Hey! Here’s my second dress from the h&m garden collection. I had spotted it in the commercial but it was even more lovely in real life! I loooove the asymmetrical bottom, fact is that a friend and me had been talking about asymmetrical hems just two days before I found this one in the shop, I had told her you don’t find asymmetrical hemmed dresses that often and there it was! It’s so pretty and frou frou and bright and gorgeous! Without a belt, it’s just a bit too poofy for my taste but I have more than enough belts to sort that problem! This belt is actually a ribbon I wrapped around and pinned down with some feather hairpins, like you can see in the pictures.

dress, boots, feathered hairpins: h&m
cardi: pimkie
bracelet: COS

Nothing makes me more happy (clotheswise ofcourse) than a good bright floral dress!

  3. thanks amanda! :D can't you order stuff from the garden collection though? The kimono like dress would look splendid on you!

kim: so sorry it doesn't seem to fit you right, h&m is annoying like that. They have this one ruffly dress I saw on chictopia and I loved it, but it looked utterly hideous on me and I don't usually say that, haha :D

I wish I could come bbq with you!

  5. Wow, beautiful dress!! The print is so vibrant, it looks so great on you. The belt you put together really works. I'm especially loving the ring, I've seen you wear it before and I just adore it!

  7. @ megan: thanks love! that ring is the only thing I wear practically every day, my boyfriend gave it to me for our five year anniversary and I'd picked it out myself after searching high and low for the perfect flower ring because ever since I was a little girl, I loved that scene in Disney's Robin Hood where he gives maid Marianne a real flower as a ring (l) hahaha so cheesy. It's by Alex Monroe btw, he has the most amazing jewelry!

@ amanda: that dress makes me seriously happy! haha thanks :D
