Last night I made a lime cheesecake with a speculaas base (it’s some kind of brown spiced biscuit, quite sweet and crispy with a unique flavor) and it totally came out amazing.
I know that they can come shaped like windmills, but they don't have one set form. Very hard to explain what they taste like though :D a bit cinnamon like but different?
