I did an interview over at Emma's, be sure to check it out! And don't feel obligated to come back here straight away, Emma has an amazing blog and amazing style so be sure to check her out as well!!
Cats and leopard: match made in heaven, right? I cannot get over these shoes. I mean, they are actually HAIRY. Like real leopards! Zomg! And this denim jumper dress is absolutely awesome because it is:
- totally WAWW (What Alexa Would Wear)
- really dorky in all the right ways
- absolutely out of fashion in all the wrong ways
- wearable even if I somehow accidentally get way pregnant during the day
Now that's practicality for ya!
I went out for drinks with a friend today and when I left her to go meet up with another friend I accidentally forgot paying. HOLY SHIZ. This is totally the rudest unintentional thing I have done in MONTHS. I feel so bad :(
And before I forget: THANK YOU GUYS for being absolutely awesome and giving me so much thoughtfulness in your comments to yesterday's post. I went a bit verbal diarrhea on your asses (pun intended) so I'm glad I made some sense. You guys rock, I loved reading all your comments!

Gurl you look all kinds of awesome in that awesome-dorky kind of way. But being allergic to cats makes me pretty dorky too. Your shoes are making me sneeze.
ReplyDeleteYou look so sweet! Lovely!

Love your hairy shoes (they're alive!) and denim mix-- makes this outfit extra special! Everyone's entitled to a tab mix-up every now and then :)
ReplyDeleteOh, and I SWEAR I met your twin/doppleganger on Friday night, she's a buyer for a prominent vintage store in my area. When I told her she looked like the blogger "The Styling Dutchman" she said-- "Really? Um, send me his link!"

OMG a cat print shirt! I don't really shop retail anymore but would for this blouse. So amazing.
ReplyDeleteI have a pair of leopard flats I wore so often they wore out! You're inspiring me to find another pair.
You've been rockin' the daily outfit posts. You are also wearing one of my coveted items, a denim jumper. I find overalls all the time at the thrift but no jumpers. :(
wow so different but i love it: clash of the patterns.... what an amazing blouse, so delicate and precious. that print looks phenomenal. i love the jeans dress, so hard to find a perfect jeans dress. jeans can be really stiff, oh and again it has the perfect length. but oh oh oh BAM the loafers, could it get more extraordinary. what a combination and what a trill to watch.
ReplyDeleteyes, I want a cat print blouse! Leuk :) en die luipaardschoentjes blijven moooi.
