C&AWESOME

Finally home and ready to post. I am absolutely knackered, but my daytrip to Düsseldorf was GREAT!! Let me take you through my adventure, one picture at a time.

I had to get up at quarter to six, but due to the nerves I ALWAYS get when having to get up early I woke up an HOUR before my alarm went off, after a night of crappy sleeping. I wasn't exactly radiating sunshine in the wee hours!

After being picked up by Tiany, we enjoyed our morning ride to Vilvoorde where we had some orange juice before catching the V.I.P. bus to Düsseldorf! We got there just in time, after guiding Immi and Patricia to the meeting point. Kim and I were a bit freaked out about getting sick on the bus since we are both transportation pussies, but we didn't even get a tiny bit sick. AWESOMEST BUS EVER!!

Immi reading team building fortune cookies saying things like "you have a knack for brainstorming, help your colleagues!". Seriously disappointing.

V.I.P. BABY!!! Told you guys this was the awesomest bus ever. We got served breakfast with fresh buns and croissants. LOVE

After a 3 hour drive that was made increasingly tiresome by the horrible compilation of shitty 90s music brought to us in the bus, we finally arrived @ the venue!! Don't you just love my original poses

Show started with a very cool look at C&A through history. I would love to see C&A bring out this lovely number again!

This dress!!!! I'm sure the crowd let out a collective gasp when this one walked out on the runway. G.O.R.G.E.O.U.S. BABY (haha this is totally becoming my thang)

And now for my favorite part of the show

Sixties, Blair Waldorf, schoolgirl, bright red tights and BLACK AND WHITE LOAFERS?? Count me in yes please BABY

Absolutely in love with that silhouette on the girl with the red kneesocks, and the one on her friend on the left. Kitten heels and ankle baring trousers oh yeah!

Afterwards, fun in the sample room, taking a closer look at some of the pieces!

God that dress will haunt my dreams

Kim fell in love with this skirt, the texture was almost like feathers.

on the busride back we kicked of our shoes to wiggle our brightly painted toesies, and ate some more croissants!

And a final clear picture of my outfit. I was waiting at the station for my boyfriend to pick me up, he was actually JUST pulling up when this picture was taken. I kept my composure. I'm chilling on the sofa right now, going over all the awesome things that went on today. THANK YOU to Tiany and all the awesome people we met today, today was a dream! Fashion shows are awesome, so much more awesome in real life than on television. Hope these pictures give you guys an inkling of how fun my day was! Fun, and very tiring. I'm going to bed now, I need some sleep.
