Surprisingly wearable and hard to pinpoint to any decade, but still retro. I'd say nineties. The dress is ever-so-slightly see through but that's totally okay and makes me feel like a secret saucy minx.

Even if this is from the '90s it references a '70s look with the collar and silhouette-- I have a similar black & white floral pattern dress from the '70s that reminds me of yours (we're dress twins yet again).
