Nothing screams spring to me like soft, ligt shades allover. Ok the belt and shoes are dark, but I like how the dark brown "grounds" the look. I felt a bit Betty Draper with my red lips and classic sunglasses. I bought this dress for 1 euro in last month's T2 sales and I think they are having this month's sales this week or the next, so I can't wait to go check it out. I had my eye on two gorgeous dresses, one way too small and one way too big, but for one euro a pop I might get them anyway and try to sort them out.
Today was bare legs weather!!! This is yesterday's outfit by the way, but today I wore my little red T strap flats and my denim midi skirt SANS TIGHTS and I was sooo happy.
dress: T2 vintage
tights, sunglasses: H&M
clogs: New Look
belt: boyfriend's

I love the print on this dress, and the way the dark brown belt and shoes "ground" it. Definitely Betty Draper (I've started watching Mad Men...obsessed?)
ReplyDeleteI am SO excited to be able to wear skirt and dresses (and shorts!) without tights!!

ReplyDeletehello country lady in your lovely country polka dotted dress! tres lovely!
ReplyDeleteAnother fabulous dress, it is not what I am used to see, but I love the shape of the dress. The little dots are so cute. And what a combination with the shoes. They are like made for the dress. Love the little details on the dress, the buttons look so cute. You look perfect for spring: the dress refers to spring, but it still a little bit cold, so the tights are a fabulous choice
ReplyDeleteSuch an amazing dress! I love that the polkadots are a few different colors. It's so pretty and vintage looking! Also, your lipstick color is amazing. {And your whole face is just gorgeous.}
ReplyDeleteYou look so lady-like in this polkadot tea dress, my dear Annebeth.
