Dots

First off: I REALLY like the new Lady Gaga song, Government Hooker, which she debuted during her walk for Thierry Mugler on Paris Fashion Week! Check it out here. It is SO catchy and dark and edgy and poppy and irresistible!

(BTW about the use of exclamation marks: it doesn't bother me nearly as much in comments as it does in blogposts, so don't feel limited in your punctuation freedom please.)




Aaaaah the sun is like oil for my old, rusty bones. I actually had one of those corny weather talks with a senior citizen while waiting for my train, because the first days of spring always feel like some sort of victory, new hope, new beginnings. Everyone in the streets unites in an almost flashmob-like happiness, grinning huge grins to convey their devotion to the sun, our bringer of life. It sounds corny, but I totally perceive the start of spring this way!

    I love this dress! Also? Your last post's look is going into my inspiration folder. I don't know why, but I just love it. I've been really into rust orange/brown lately...plus, I have a thing for garden gnomes.

    I haven't heard her newest song yet. I don't care much for Born This Way though.

    Thanks for the bday wishes, you stud, you. My birthday is on the 6th! I feel like I should be more excited than I am...but I'm sure I'll have fun nevertheless!

    seriously pretty polka dot ensemble...adore the powerful colour of the cardigan. I love spring, the first rays of sunshine, the first bees right now as I pass the south of France, even some timid butterflies, fiiiiinally :)
