Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots

Printmix, navy and faux-bare legs: those are a few of my favorite things this spring. Navy is the perfect transitioningcolor when you don’t feel right in pastels or neonbrights, but you are already sick of blacks and greys after a looooong winter.
 dress: h&m
sweater: pimkie
shoes: don't remember (old!)

Navy is classy and deep, and with a print it becomes fun without being too childish: I love navy. And it looks good on blondes, brunettes and redheads alike! Hope y’all had a nice sunday, my boyfriend and I went to a restaurant for his mom’s birthday with the entire family: the food was ok but not at all groundbreaking or amazing, I’m kind of disappointed really. But we had fun: when my boyfriend and I go out with a bunch of people, it’s always nice to feel how we are really in synch: we get each other’s jokes, we can communicate with nothing but a glance, and we are “a team”. There’s always a lot of banter between us, that’s the way we like it.

  1. Ahhh I know this dress from H&M very well. I've tried it on a few times in hope that one day it will be look better on me. I love it so much but I think it doesn't look good at my body :-( They have it also in red here!

  2. I know! Have you tried wearing it with a belt? Or changing the straps? whenever something with spaghettistraps doesn't flatter me, I cut them off and tie em in my neck! somehow works better for me. Sucks when you love something that just doesn't seem to love you back :(
