dress: Primark - coat: Pimkie - tights: H&M - bag: Zara - boots: Steve Madden - beret: old
I've decided to keep my Steve Madden boots. I like em better than those other options I contemplated, and they are super comfy while still offering a 10 cm height increase: I totally recommend them if you are looking for a quality boot that looks cute and doesn't ruin your feet and back.
Right now, I'm sitting on the couch with a towel wrapped around my head. Underneath it sits my hair, covered in red vegetable based Directions dye. Both my ends and my lengths are being colored, but the dye will probably barely show on my own dark brown hair. It's worth the try, though! I've always wanted to be a redhead, but I don't feel ready to bleach all of my hair and kill it TO DEATH. Also, I actually love my own haircolor, I just want to change it once in a while. Can't wait to see the result! My own dark brown hair looks distinctly cool toned when the sun shines on it directly, so even a red glow will be a fab change.
Do you have a dream haircolor you hope to have one day?
MIAUWKES!
ReplyDeletetry hair henna! worth a try as doesn't ruin your hair, messy to apply but its worth it as your hair turns out soooo shiny....

noooo never henna, it makes your hair immune to color and makes it interact strangely with bleach! Also, it doesn't change the fact that my hair is too dark for it to brightly without bleach, so vegetable based dyes are just as safe :)
ReplyDeletecute dress

prachtige botjes!
ReplyDeleteI'd loooooove to be a (real) redhead too! I have a similar brunette colour to yours, and each and every time I try to dye, my hair turns out red. Any color. Any. From blonde to dark, the red is always there, in the background. I started thinking I actually am a redhead under my brownish haircolor. But I kinda like it :)
ReplyDeleteBtw I love your (now long!) hair! I can't wait to see the result with this new vegetal based color. I tryed it at once and it was well worth!
OF COURSE that dress is too cute, I love the whole look, boots, trench and everything, perfect for these strange weather days.
This is such an awesome look, I love the cat dress and your trench together!! So cute, and those bots are pretty awesome. One of my best friends has the most amazing naturally bright red hair and I've always wanted hair that colour
ReplyDeleteSuch a gorgeous dress! ♥
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see the result, I'm sure you'll look gorgeous :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so envious of your cat dress, I want one like that. Like, right now. And I'm glad you kept those boots, they look amazing with in this outfit.
Life is a romantic poem
Yay kitties!!! Love the boots too! So how did your hair turn out? I don't really have a dream color. I'm actually quite a fan of my natural hair color. It's not as jet black as what Asian hair normally is. It was a brownish tint to it, which makes me feel special haha. That's my vanity :p
ReplyDeleteschattige outfit, veryvery you! Love the cats :)
ReplyDeleteLove everything about this outfit.
ReplyDeleteYou look really cute with that outfit! Honestly, I would like to have ombre hair, or maybe colour my ends in a bright colour like you did, but that look won't work for me since I have really short hair. Those are the times I miss my long hair.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you need with an extra 10cm?! I'd quite like to be a redhead too, but have trouble leaving my own colour behind... especially since it's pretty in the summer...
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see your hair! Lovely outfit!
ReplyDeleteI'm just 1m68 and I like the extra cm when I wear skirts and dresses, especially longer hemlines! :D
ReplyDeleteReally? I assumed you were way taller!
ReplyDeleteI get that a lot! No idea why though :D
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to be a redhead too. My cousin is a year older than me, and has really bright red hair naturally. I always thought she was the coolest person alive when we were growing up, so I think my quest for red is a quest for some of her cool.
ReplyDelete*gasp* that dress is adorable!!!!! And i love your new header, even though I'm sure i'm really late in commenting about it... Love your bag too!
