Tribute Thursday: Alexa Lovin

GUESS WHOSE STYLE INSPIRED ME TODAY

Subtle, right?? Just like the bit of cleav' on the fourth pic. My cleavage is always subtle though, that's what you get when you don't have ample boobage. But I don't complain! All boobs are created equal, that's my opinion on the matter. Aren't you guys sick of my indoor pics yet? I still really like them actually, they look so serene, warm and intimate. Infinitely better than the crappy shots I'd be getting outside right now. Belgium is experiencing monsoon-like weeks of torrential rains. Ok it's not really THAT bad but it feels like it has been raining non stop for the past three weeks. So depressing.

Anyway I have a huge cold that makes me sound like The Nanny, so I'm just going to call it an early night to get some extra shut-eye for my exam tomorrow. I trust that one's going to go fine so I'm not stressing out (yet), but I'm hardly feeling inspired right now, so night night!

And we're ending with some foodporn: I made my favorite tuna pastasalad again!

Don't worry, the black parts aren't dirt, that's just herbs (I hope). Omnomnomnom. 

Ingredients: rocket salad (arugula), cherry tomatoes, bell pepper (heated in a pan for a bit to sweeten), tuna, red onions, olives and spirelli pasta. 

Dressing: extra vierge olive oil, white wine vinegar, lime juice, mustard, honey, pepper, parsley and basil. Total recommendation!

It took me some time to "get" her, but last year I totally got it. She just has that X factor, that effortless chic, that mix of modern and retro that is so HER. One would be able to pinpoint an outfit as being "so Alexa" in a heartbeat. That's what makes an icon.
