They see me boatin', they hatin'

Hi guysssss I don't really have anything interesting to say today so I'm just going to keep keep it vividly visual (didn't find any to the point alliterations) with pictures of my sunday outfit and the cooking I did past weekend! :)

On my menu: lebanese lamb meatballs and strawberry mousse.

meatballs: minced lamb (preferably mixed with another meat mince), fresh mint, raw egg, breadcrumbs, pepper, quite some garlic and other herbs you love. I used a bit of cinnamon, kurkuma and chili powder. Mix, roll balls, fry in pan or grill!

tzatziki: greek yoghurt, shredded (if that's what you call it) cucumber (be sure to press it down in a siff to get rid of the excess fluid), mint, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper (season well!)

condiments:
- cherry or other type of tomato, diced, spring onions, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper
- sliced iceberg salad

For the bread I just used some prepackaged pita bread that only needed heating in microwave and toaster. GOD just looking at these pics makes my mouth water again :(

next up: dessert!

cut up LOTS of ripe strawberries, mix them until you get a red soup, whip cream with sugar until you get fluffy whipped cream, mix in some runny fresh cheese (kwark :D), throw it all together (don't stir too much!) and sweeten to taste. The amounts can vary depending on personal preference :)

Bon appetit!

dress, clogs, boater: H&M
cardi: Pimkie
ring: Alex Monroe

  1. That's so random. I had a little party at my pad over the weekend & served falafel and strawberry bruschetta. A popular combination indeed.
