Dolls, I'm working and working and working on my thesis and it's draining ALL of my creativity, so I'm verry sorry but I don't have anything to tell you or to share or whatever :( I feel like the worst blogger. So let's all talk about something intellectually unchallenging (yeah, my way-with-words isn't getting any better either): clothes! I was a Negative Nancy about colorblocking when it had its moment last year (or was it even longer ago? I have the worst memory) because I think it is a lazy trend: just throw on some colors and you're hailed as a fashion icon. But as you've probably noticed, my being tired of winter has pushed me all the way in colorblocking's arms. The pants are a recent purchase: perfectly retro pinup looking bright capris for 9,95€? Yes please. And the scarf is pink and thus my favorite color and a perfect coverup for my gross greasy hair AND THAT'S MY SENSE OF STYLE FOR YA! I'm utterly unglamorous. But it all ended up looking sort of sixties college student so all is good.
KBYE don't forget to check out my giveaway!
You look amazing!!

ReplyDeleteAhh! This outfit is sahweeeeet! Pure 50s glamour housewife to the extreme. Love the shoes, scarf, and glasses keeping it retro with the colours and nails bringing 'er right on into the twenty-first century. Don't worry, even when your mind is mush, you can still put together an awesome outfit. This gives me courage for the fall when I start my master's!
