Betaboutique

I was contacted by the awesome Laura from The World Looks Red (go check here out, she's got a beautiful blog) a while ago and she told me I won her Betaboutique giveaway! I was mega psyched because the only thing better than a few vintage dresses is MORE vintage dresses, and I immediately set out to find the BEST stuff they had on offer to spend my 50$ voucher on. I ended up getting a pair of dungaree shorts, kind of like farmer overalls (YEAY @ Harriet! :-D) and the dress I'm wearing here. Schoolgirl style, comfy fabric, peter pan collar and a navy checkered print: SO me!

So a big thanks to Laura and the girls from Betaboutique for this sweet gift!

Btw so frustrating that my photos cut off too high, I hate not seeing the ENTIRE shoe even if you know what it looks like. So messy :(


This outfit is simple and perfect and I love it. The straw accessories, the clogs, the practical dress: it all tells a story of a girl from past times going for a walk in the Provence or something.


See? This would look awesome with my outfit. And with my new overalls btw! I'll show those one of these days too, I'm sure my boyfriend will LOVE them /sarcasm :-D

    don't worry about the shoe, you look awesome! you are so right about the simple dress! but it looks phenomenal and i love the way you styled it with the red shoes! the girl with the red shoes! it reminds me a little bit of a fairy tale character but in a good way!

    Eeeeeeeeep I love this outfit! The dress looks PHENOMENAL indeed and especially on you! The print is wonderful and I adore the cute little collar. Awesome combination with the red shoes and glasses! And STRAW! I'm a straw fan.
