So, for my London adventure I wanted to be COMFORTABLE first, stylish second. I went for a slightly androgynous sixties Britrock sorta look, a bit like something the Beatles would have worn. I love how chelsea boots and skinnies emphasize my lankiness, strangely enough :-D I would totally recommend wearing something similar for traveling, but bare in mind that the tubes are VERY hot and sweaty. My plaid shirt went straight into the washing machine when I got home, so gross. AH THE GLAMOUR OF FASHION BLAWGZ
Major thanks to Sabina and Paulien for taking my pictures! I adore Paulien's lens SO much. How do you like these pictures compared to my usual shots? Does the quality merit me buying her lens or should I just stick with my guns?

I adore the ring you're waring! Great outfit, flanel shirts are really great and comfy to wear :).
ReplyDeletelooks cute !
ReplyDeleteyou look totally London-ish!! and i love it.
ReplyDeletelovely outfit ! I like so much your booties <3 and omg so many cute stuff from Primark, I've heard there's one in Liege/Luik but I have never been there mmm makes me wanna take the train and head to priiimarkkk
ReplyDeletepeople tell me the one in Liege isn't half as nice as the one in London though :(
ReplyDeleteYou look lovely, cool lens or no cool lens :) I love your images just as they are, these are slightly different but I nevertheless like yours too. I'm undecided, I'm rubbish actually hehehee, I think you should keep doing what you do so well xxxx
ReplyDeleteLove this outfit!
ReplyDeleteAnd ooh yea...I didn't think about the tubes when I was planning my London outfits...gotta remember that...don't want to get gross and sweater but I don't want to be cold outside, haha

You look like you must have fit right in with the hip London crowd. I do love the way the photos came out but I know how expensive lenses can be. If you can swing it then go for it but I think your everyday photos are always pretty.
ReplyDeleteYou nailed it, lovely british look.

I actually didn't notice the diff from the lens, but then again I'm clueless when it comes to this stuff. Regardless the pictures & you look great! Def comfort before fashion when travelling, but you got the comfy casual look down pat. What are the tubes though? the Subway?

This post makes me miss London... and I never miss London. But it's looking pretty swell here! I don't know what lens she has or what lens you have, BUT I have two... the kit lens and a 50mm one and I love the photos with my 50mm and get irritated with my kit lens for making my photos look like they were taken with a point and shoot. I would shop around maybe?
ReplyDeleteLove this look and your duffle coat!
ReplyDeleteLeuke fotoooo's! I had the best time <3
ReplyDeleteyes, the subway! :D
