Tie me up! Tie me down!

When I bought this denim shirt, I had no idea it would soon become one of my very favorite items. The shade of blue is a perfect in-between tone, not too light (very summery) or too dark (more fall-winter) so I can wear it all year round. I wanted to button it all the way up, and then one of my boyfriend’s old ties caught my eye. I loved the quaint little chair print, so I tied myself up. 

As you can see, I’ve had to break out the tights again. Yes, after only 3 months of tightless weather, the tights are back. This is INACCEPTABLE

But I needz to keep ma legz warm. Le sigh. I struggled a bit to find a suitable bottom to go with the top half I already put together, and after some trial and errors I stuck with this skirt because it continued the blue shades, and because you all know I love me some print layering. The shoes are some of my all time faves, I’ll probably be wearing them all the time again this fall.

Not much is up with my life right now, but one of my fave girlfriends and I had this crazy msn conversation last night after midnight being all Kanye meets Jersey Shore and talking in caps and almost laughing so hard that our drinks flew out our noses. It sort of sucks having friends live so far away from you, but internet saves the day again!


Now I’m going to grab myself a bite to eat.
