The past few months, I've been obsessed with Pretty Little Liars. I can't deny that PLL has influenced my style, to be a bit more experimental with different looks. And whenever I put together an outfit, I often question myself which Liar my look of that day resembles most. For this outfit, my boyfriend actually exclaimed "this is SUCH an Aria look - it could just use a skull print somewhere". Which was hilarious to me, because I completely agree and because it proves that my guy has a real eye for style. Especially since he only watches the show with me once in a while. Most of the time my style is somewhere between Emily's tomboy/rock vibe and Spencer's relaxed prepster look (see me rock a Spencer Hastings inspired outfit here), but this outfit is 100% Aria. Although Aria would probably add another thing or two (or three). That girl loves minimalism as much as age-appropriate romance, so it should come as no surprise that so many of Rosewood's most cracked outfits were Ms. Montgomery's.

I feel like I've talked so much about PLL that even non-show watchers know everything about all the characters (and their respective romances - SPOBY 4 EVER). Sorry. Hope you like the outfit anyway! :-D
