Hi babes! I'm currently enjoying a beautiful sunny weekend which might be the last of this summer, so we're making it count. Apart from that, I'm gearing up for another closet sale! You can find more info here, and I'd love it if some of you'd drop by. Don't worry, you don't have to buy anything, just come say hi. I am bringing some good clothes though, and lots of shoes at bargain prices, so you might just find a new treasure for your closet.
I'm just sharing another office outfit today, because, well, no reason other than LIFE. I had my first PhD seminar this week and it felt like a milestone, just before hitting the halfway mark on my total of four years PhD-ing. The presentation was like a summary of all the work I've completed up until now, and it felt great to have it all laid out in front of me. Seemed like so much and so little at the same time, as I still have so much left to accomplish! Anyway, glad to have that behind me, on to the next part of my project. This isn't what I wore for the presentation, but I could have: I love this dress for professional events. It's flattering, youthful, modest and not too conservative so that it still shows my personality. Everyone should have something similar in their closet. Something that makes you feel like you look like a boss (damn, that's a lot of likes in one sentence).
