Look at the sun! I feel SO GOOD right now. The past few days have been a dream of spring with clear skies, mild wind and temperatures around 20°C in the sunshine. I have been celebrating by tossing all of my coats back in the closet and wearing all the items that have been neglected over the past months. This blouse was one of my winter sales buys, a pale blush coloured 100% silk shirt from COS. It's deliciously luxe and incredibly pleasant to the touch. Only thing I dislike is that silk isn't supposed to be washed in the washing machine - probably going to hand wash though, ain't nobody got time for dry cleaning - and that silk creases easily.
And have you seen my shoes boo? I ordered the Nike Roshe Runs off of Spartoo because I still had a coupon code lying around, and while I was apprehensive at first I have fully come around. I wasn't sure about the shape because you could definitely call these ugly shoes, but omg they are heaven. HEAVEN IS WEARING ROSHE RUNS. Also, I totally think they are gorgeous now in all of their modern minimalism. DO try them on if you get the chance and are in the market for some seriously comfortable footwear. I have very sensitive feet, so good shoes for everyday wear is one of the tings I don't mind spending money on.
So, Roshe Runs: love or hate?
PS: I went to see Frozen yesterday and I loved it 100%. The songs had me crying every five minutes, and Let it Go is a feminist anthem if ever there was one. The moment where Elsa lets down her hair and uses her power to create that AMAZING sexy ass gown? Totally signified embracing and owning your sexuality after a lifetime of repression to me. Goosebumps!
