dress: c/o Shein - platform sandals: c/o Wonders shoes - cross body bag: Zara - necklace: Blue Dot Jewelry - earrings: & Other Stories
I feel like the lovechild of little Bo Peep and French bonbon in this adorable dress, but in the very best way possible. The dress is just so incredibly cute, and the bright cornflower blue makes my heart sing (and brings out my tan)! It's more twee than anything I've worn for the past few years probably, but it just feels right. I wish I'd had it earlier so that I could wear it all summer, but there's always next year. Who am I kidding, I'm never getting over the off-shoulder look. And it seems like we still have another week of gorgeous Indian summer ahead of us, so I'll be sure to put it on at least once more before fall hits.
The rose gold cross body bag is super Paris Hilton if you take it out of context, but it is a great piece to glam up an otherwise simple outfit. I bought it at Zara just before going on holiday, and I had the strap shortened at More than Soles & Keys in Antwerp. It seems like cobblers are a dying breed these days, but for someone who is so particular about details as I am, they are a necessity. Shortening the strap made the bag more comfortable to wear, and I think I only paid about €8.
BTW: TGIF! Have a lovely weekend!
