I'm currently sitting on the couch wearing my Ugg Selene rope boots (only thing I've missed about cold weather :() and it seems as if fall is absolutely here to stay if I check the weather forecasts, but let's all dream of sunnier days while we look at one of my last Indian summer outfits today! This dress is such a winner, I picked it up while thrifting for only €3 and I'm so glad that I did because it i hands down the most flattering piece of clothing I have ever owned, almost like it was tailormade for my figure! I look so much more perfectly proportioned than I normally do when I wear this little dress, and I love the big contrasting buttons that give it a bit of fun vintage flair. Button through dresses are always a winner for me.

Only thing I don't like about the dress is that it creases easily (a bit of a hassle when I packed it for our summer holiday in France), and that there are a couple of spots in the back where the colour seems to have run, but whatever. Perfection doesn't exist and our flaws make us even more lovable, right?

I was so into the whole flirty feminine vibe of the dress I even put on a pair of heels in the morning to go to work, something I rarely do. However, these Zinda sandals make it so easy. You know I'm always on the lookout for quality shoes that look cute but above all don't kill my feet and back (problem feet right hurr), and these platforms really do the trick. While I wish the soles were padded for a bit more cushioning, especially to the ball of the foot, I really can't fault the shape and the combination of the width of the heel, and the respective heights of the heel and the platform. Perfect shoes for a night of dancing because they really are as comfortable as a pair of 12cm heels can be! And I love the funky snakeskin pattern.

Have a lovely, relaxing Sunday!
