Hi guys! You probably remember my favourite pair of heeled shoes in the whole wide world, aka the only pair of comfortable heels I own, aka these rose gold beauties.
These shoes and me, we go together like butter and toast. Seriously, I have the worst feet when it comes to heels so I can't praise these shoes enough! NEVER a blister, and I only get that painful feeling in the ball of my foot hours upon hours after I'd get it with all of my other heels. I vouch for them.
And did you know Wonders (a Spanish brand) produces all of their shoes in Spain itself? No outsourcing, which means a big bunch of support for the home economy. Something that Spain definitely is in need of, in times of financial crisis like this one. They also make great efforts to promote young national talent with their #Supernormal project. The most recent output in this campaign is this pair of completely adorable ballet flats by Lucía Be.
The designer is an illustrator and usually creates headwear, but her first try at shoe designing is sure to please the fans of sugary sweet fashion straight away. I'm not a wearer of ballet flats myself (one notable exception being my pointy toed flats), but I imagine these looking completely perfect with some cuffed slim denim + an oversized sweater, or a full skirt and for a more girly outfit. Case in point!
Guess I'm really into winter white roll neck sweaters at the moment.
So! What do you think about the flats? If you want some for yourself, they are currently out of stock but will be replenished soon. They are available for 89€. Now go and stimulate the Spanish economy!

Adorable! And I'd totally steal both outfits aswell ^^
ReplyDeleteHaha, nee nee! feilloos stijlgevoel, gij!
ReplyDeleteWHAT, WHY!? I'm endlessly inspired by your style and those sets were perfection. I planned like 10 outfits around similar things I own because of your post. You are very good at the polyvore.
ReplyDeleteI DON'T KNOW I guess it's like my kryptonite or something? I'm usually quite confident in my abilities but I ALWAYS spend ages doubting myself while polyvoring. I'm glad I inspired you to try new combinations with items you already own!
ReplyDeleteLove your style!
Enig idee?
De gouden pumps? Let me check! Zal even een mailtje sturen :)
ReplyDeleteYes!
I am wearing Wonder's since 2009 as I was working in a shoe store that had them available. To me they are like Camper's but in a more affordable version. I have been wearing them a lot lately on the blog and wish I had the money to buy the Lucia flats as well.

slightly prettier than campers shoes though, right? I love how wonders succeeds at making comfort look elegant because that's such a hard thing to do!
