Casual in Crop Top and Denim Shorts

After a weekend of beautiful summer weather, road trips and delicious food, I'm back at my laptop to share a bit of my life with you. Just a tiny slice of life this time really, in the form of some shots of the outfit I wore yesterday. Which, coincidentally, was just a tiny outfit. It was simply too hot to cover my midriff, yo. And sometimes, just SOMETIMES I really enjoy putting on an outfit that makes me feel overtly sexy and not caring whether people will look at me funny or if the outfit is appropriate. It feels like freedom and fun, and being the boss of my own body. Sort of like the way I got dressed when I was a kid. 

I remember having this crop top + matching shorts combo that I used to LOVE when I was maybe 9-10 years old, and not caring about whether the outfit flattered me or whether people would look at me the wrong way. Childhood should be all about that freedom of expression, and summer really is the perfect time to inject some of that into your adult life. 

So! If your plan for tomorrow only slightly allows it, just put on WHATEVER you feel like, as if you were a kid. Whether it's a sexy dress, some baggy pants or your pajamas: rock that shit like you don't have any shits to give.
