Cable Knit, Skater Skirt, Fur Hat

Wouldn't this outfit look GREAT with sneakerwedges? I know I know I'll shut up. I put together this outfit inspired by an image I saw floating around on pinterest of Hanneli wearing a cableknit sweater with (what I think is) a full black mini skirt. So effortless, so elegant, so girly and modest yet sexy. But it was cold as heeeeeell outside so I had to accessorize with a scarf, furry hat and a winter coat, which ended up making the outfit even cuter imo. AND a lot warmer. Function > style, ya know.

I'm contemplating adding some extra highlights to my hair tonight, but I'm a bit scared because, you know, haphazardly bleaching your hair IS kind of scary. Should I just go for it? And if so, should I go for highlights down to the root, or for a slightly more balayage look starting a bit down from my roots? TELL ME! I'm just afraid the grow-out will look crappier if I go for highlights down to my roots, but I have zero experience with that stuff. SO HALP MEH!
