shirt: h&m men's
shorts: h&m
shoes: sac d'anvers (5 euro!)
It is incredibly hot out here and I love it. We’ve bought lots of popsicles so we’ll survive!
On a less positive note: something’s wrong with windows on my laptop since it doesn’t seem to be able to connect to our wireless internet anymore. Our PC has no problems with it so we were thinking it was a virus, but the virusscan came out clean and now we’re guessing it’s just a problem of windows. I hate linux but I’m pretty sure I’ll have no other choice but to install it :(
I’m going to get my study on now! Hope your weather is as lovely as mine!
this makes me want a cocktail in a coconut shell with an umbrella in it!! LOVE those shorts xx
ReplyDeleteYes I want a cocktail too. Cute colours. I always love hot colours on other people I saw but not on me. I always feel uncomfortable in it. Don't know why.
ReplyDeleteReally creative!
ReplyDeleteThe shoes are a steal :( stupid sac d'anvers :( :( :( :(
(ps: Eh Eh by lady gaga is playing at the moment, really fits your outfit :D)
I HATE eh eh (haha), I prefer boys boys boys or summerboy for this look! change the song! :D
ReplyDeletethanks girls! I'd like a cocktail too, but ideally one with all kinds of fruits and very low on the alcohol: sun and alcohol don't mix that well imo :D
I love sac d'anver groen, you should totally drop by there again because they have so many awesome shoes, most max 20 euros!
Great shorts and its Friday and its hot!! :D :D
ReplyDeleteTell me more about you laptop problem...
can you see the wireless lan?
do you get any error messages?
if you plug your cable that works on your PC into the laptop does that work?
have you turned off and on again the wireless internet device?
Give me some more info, I will try and help :D
My frustration is mostly based on the location of sac d'anvers, although I think they also have a store in Brussels.
ReplyDeleteMaybe I should just pay a visit to Antwerp again, care to join? :D
kim: my PC gets the signal wireless too: we have a wireless router and both the PC and the laptop are (were :D) getting their internet from it. Now, the laptop does show that it is aware of the wireless network, but it isn't able to connect. First it said that there was something wrong with the "safety key" (translating this literally), and then it just told me it wasn't able to connect because of something a user did, possibly a time-out.
ReplyDeleteWhen I plugged it in directly to the router, it initially did give me an internetconnection, but then it asked me to design a network and shut me off the internet. I tried it again just now and the internet did work on cable, but not without the cable. When I'm booting up in linux from a disk, there is no problem with the wireless internet.
I also tried to reboot from a systemsavepoint from a few days ago but I still had the same problem.
Hope you can help!
groen: ask me again after the exams! :D
I think the first thing to try is to turn off on the wireless router all of the security and see if you can get in with it turned off.
ReplyDeleteI think then I would change the "safety key" on the wireless router and try that.
Let me know how that goes? Also do you have any other device to test the wireless access with like an itouch?
I have a minilaptop and that one still had perfect wireless internet. I don't know how to change the safety key and I'm scared that if I turn off the router, I won't have internet on my PC either! :D
ReplyDeletedont turn it off... if the other laptop is working then you dont have to worry about it being the router.
ReplyDeleteWhen you are on the laptop that is not working, can you right click on the little wireless icon in the bottom right and see an item that is called "repair"? You could try clicking that if you have not done so... that's a bit of a long shot.
ReplyDeleteWhen you go to connect what is the error message you get?
Probably is a problem with my windows, huh :(
ReplyDeleteLooks like it... but not a leave windows and go to linux problem. If you have all the important stuff backed up, you should just be able to reinstall windows and it should fix it.
ReplyDeleteBut that's a last resort. Have you changed anything in the last few days?
nope, and because the system restore didn't work I don't think there's anything I can do in that direction. Also, I think my laptop came with windows installed, I think I don't have a disk with windows on it! I'll look for it though.
ReplyDeletelove this! i'm a huge fan of neutral shoes, and these are just perfect with the brightly colored shorts and shirt.
ReplyDeleteI will have to sleep (drink) on it! :D
