Dress: River Island - gold wedges: ASOS - wicker box purse: Zara - necklace: OASAP
Remember this dress? I still have it! I might not dress as girly/retro anymore on a daily basis, but whenever the sun comes out I feel the urge to grab a dress + some cute shoes and act like I'm starring in some quaint little romantic comedy. I mean, admit it, this dress makes me look totes adorable. Of course, the magnolia tree does help a bit.
How beautiful is the weather that we've been experiencing lately? I could get used to this, surfing through spring at temperatures of at least 22°C. You won't hear me complaining. I love rediscovering a huge chunk of my wardrobe every time the seasons change, majorly boosts my creativity. I don't feel a total style overhaul coming on though, unlike some of the previous years. I'm still pretty happy with my look.
I feel like my overall style has become a bit more subdued or minimalist, which allows me to incorporate different trends or looks without having my style seem all over the place. Even though I must admit there is a pretty large discrepancy between today's outfit, and this one for example. But I don't seem to mind as much as I used to. Before, I felt out of touch whenever my style was all over the place. I needed some sort of stability to cling to, even in something as superficial as my outfits. These days however, I feel like my core is stable enough to deal with external fluctuations without feeling shaken. I'm in a good place.
