The Doors to Perception

Didn't have time to take outfitpictures today, so I used some old ones I had lying around! I hated these when I took them (which is probably why I didn't post them in the first place), but I quite like them now. The little bow pin in my hairbun is so cute! And who can resist Jim Morrison?

I'm closing the Shopbop Giveaway tonight, people! I consciously didn't pimp it out everywhere because I really want one of my regular readers to win it :) I'll be drawing the winner tonight and I'll announce the results in tomorrow night's post, so be sure to check check check back!

I want to close today's post with a shout out to my lovely blogger buddy Emma from Scrapbook de la Emma, whose blog seems to have gone missing. Let us all burn a candle for her blog to return! I don't know what I'd do if my blog would just disappear on me... Knock on wood that doesn't happen.

t-shirt, flats, belt: Pimkie
glasses, hairpin: H&M
skirt: T2 vintage
ring: Alex Monroe

PS: how are we feeling about the new Lady Gaga video for Judas? I love it. The fashion is stunning (especially her hair and make up), I LOVE the twelve apostles as a motorcycle gang and I feel like there is quite some meaning to the ending... let me know!

  8. I noticed her blog had gone missing too! I was wondering what had happened, hope she gets everything sorted soon
cute outfit btw, you have the best look with finding such nice midi skirts, all the vintage shops here are too expensive and I never have enough time to trawl around the charity shops near me either

  17. Oh I love this outfit. I wish I had a shirt like that, I love me some Jim Morrison. Have you actually read Aldous Huxley's book The Doors of Perception? It and Heaven and Hell are definitely a good read... all of Huxley's stuff is, in my opinion. Anyway! Love the outfit. :)
