Polkadots and Clogs

I'm wearing all kinds of weird colors together again, but I always figure that colorcombinations "work" when they are sort of within the same colorfamily. Navy - purple - brick red - bright red is almost a continuum, no? That's just how I roll. Especially in the springtime when the sun is shining!

The sun was warm and I spend some time studying, basking in that new springwarmth. Bare legs, bare feet, big sunglasses, my toes in the grass and my cats running around, jumping at bugs and rolling around in the warm sand. Perfect Saturday, right?

dress: Zara
socks: H&M

  14. the dress looks adorable, but again it has the perfect cut and length. it is such a pretty spring dress, i adore the collar. but spring can be a little bit cold so what a great choice to wear it with socks. the clogs are perfect (love the photo with the yellow Easter flowers). love the fabric of the clogs, it looks so delicate. you are right about the colors, purle and red do not always work together, but you have made them work

  17. Those are some gorgeous red clogs! I'd wear them with any colour, regardless of the spectrum. Are they comfortable to walk in (seriously considering some clogs this summer)?
