SUN! SPRING! Okay it was still cold as heck but the SUN made everything that much more bearable! They call it a spring in your step for a reason you know! Okay enough with the exclamation marks! Don't you hate it when bloggers (or people on the internet in general) end every sentence with an exclamation mark or like this... I mean seriou

sly you guys, exclamation marks or the triple period have a certain meaning they can add to a sentence. If you use em randomly, they mean jack shit!

Anyway, I was having a great day because the sun was shining when I got out of bed. My day got even better when I saw H&M was having some sales on cardigans, so I got a SUPERCUTE springy one with a bright floral posie print. For 9 euros. Totally befitting the glorious first day of spring! And then! My day got even better! I was spotted by two sweet girls from Flair magazine, one of our most popular national fashion and lifestyle magazines! I'm doing that exclamation mark thing again, right? I can't help it, my day was quite nice! They are featuring me and my nude brogues (not wearing them here, I switched shoes just before I left THIS MUST BE FATE RIGHT) in the trendspotting section. Awesome, right? I told em about my blog, so they might even feature my url in the picture description! AWESOME RIGHT! And then there was a guest-lecturer for communication management and DUDE WAS HOT! And then we found out he's already 51!!!!!!!!!!!!!!exclamationoverload!!!!!!!!! Srsly dude ages well!

Enough gloating already! And I'm sick of my excessive use of exclamation marks!
Have a nice evening!

PS: my day also had a less perfect moment. I dropped by my fave thriftingspot, T2, and I found two GORGEOUS and PERFECT dresses, but one was way too small and the other was way too big. If they're still there in a few weeks when they have their monthly sale I might get them anyway and try and fix em up, they were too stunning to let something small like being ABSOLUTELY not my size deter me!

  9. Geez, lady, this might be the best use of exclamation points in a fashion blog, like ever!!!!!!!!!!

You had a way awesomer day than me, plus you are wearing orange which looks absolutely wonderful on you. I like the loafers too, though.

  11. love the title of this post. Gnomes are an obsession of me because I love camp (and it is so typical Belgium). So love this post. That orange sweater looks divine. I should wear more sweaters with skirt, I was always a little skeptic about it, but when I see this, well you’ve convinced me. I love the combination of winter/spring look. the tights and the skirt are referring to spring, but it is still too cold, so you need a gorgeous sweater like yours. Oh, I’ve put you on my blogrolllllll.

  13. Lovely dress&crop sweater combo! I thought of you the other day when I wanted to wear something over my dress and realized it must be a cardigan again, because all my sweaters are too long to be worn over a dress...I'm in desperate need of a crop sweater now! :)

  18. !!!!!!! (Yeah, it drives me nuts too, though I notice I have a slight problem in commenting).

I really reallllllly (I will draw out my words to avoid exclamation marks) love that you have found a GNOME to include in this post. I also adore the sweater, and its colour-combination with the scarf, and the tights and... anyway, love all around.

By the way, is English really your second language? Or are you from an English speaking country/have a parent that is? Because you write ridiculously well, and writing is the hardest thing (you still do if it's your first language, but if it's your second, I'm amazed).

    P.S. I love hot profs. ; )
