Charming Cobras In The Square

This is what I wore for my activities described in yesterday’s post. The weather was absolutely LOVELY, better than most of the days we experienced in August! Sunny, a nice warm breeze and warm without being hot. I wish all of September would’ve been this nice. I was gone all day, so I had to take my pictures when it was already getting dark, hence the crappy lighting. Lighting is always crappy when it’s cloudy, and it’s always cloudy in fall and winter around here, so expect lots of pictures with very crappy lighting. Sadface. Anyway, I used the opportunity to break out one of my favorite dresses again. I don’t wear it that often because it’s so simple and elegant, and because I have this thing about wearing full knee length skirts and dresses with tights and boots. I don’t like the way it looks. It’s such a summery color as well, so I only want to wear it bare legged really. The whole outfit feels French again, I could see coconut wear something similar!

 dress: Zara
headband: H&M
shoes: Sac d'Anvers
jacket: Pimkie

I’m excited for my New Look order to arrive, and I’m always worrying about orders being delivered when I’m not home or something, so annoying! :D I’ve no idea where they might leave it when I’m not at home to accept the delivery. We don’t have a post office in my town! :D
Enjoy your day!

  1. I really like this outfit because it's super flirty and it works even though it's fall. I struggled with wearinig pinks this morning, does it ever become too late to wear them?

Judging on your amazing outfit, I'd say not!

  5. I love your shoes! Are they green? I'm asking because I'm trying to find the perfect pair of mint green shoes for my wedding.

I love reading your blog. You always dress so lady-like and darling. Great inspiration. =D

  6. Sorry about missing out on the good light --- I hate it when that happens to me, and I'm not looking forward to more dark grey days with the coming winter.

You look like a vision of spring though, I love your pink, your florals and your gorgeous grey cutouts!

  7. You look wonderful in pink. I love the little flower in your hair! You must post your NewLook order! Getting packages in the mail is pretty much the most exciting thing ever. When I come back to Europe I feel we have to meet, shop, and sip hot chocolates! ... or... iced tea, depending on the season. :D

Lyddie: thank you! I try to hold on to the thought that fall is basically spring, but backwards. Haha

Mitzi: yes! totally! meet, shop, watch a movie and party! Let me know when you're ever in Belgium or the Netherlands! :D
